All orders will receive an ‘Order Note’ email with your Australia Post tracking code.

We ship WORLDWIDE. If your country is not listed at the checkout, please email us and we will consider adding your country to the list.
Changing shipping address
It is your responsibility to input the correct shipping details. Please double check your shipping details when going through checkout.
Our FANG GANG team of maddogs aim to process and pack your order as fast as possible. This means your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not left the FANG GANG castle. To change your shipping address, contact our team as soon as possible – email@example.com
Once an order has been despatched and you have received your tracking number FANG GANG no longer assumes responsibility for the goods sent. Please contact your local Post Office with questions related to your delivery.
If the package was lost before it was delivered to your address, we will launch an inquiry with Australia Post about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered and either mailed to you or returned to us.
If the package was lost after delivery, we request that you check with all family members, co-workers, neighbours, or any other person that may have accepted or stored the package.
Customs and Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. FANG GANG cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and FANG GANG will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. International orders will include an invoice with the full value for customs purposes.
