Refunds
If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected or not the product you ordered, we will replace the item or refund your purchase at our discretion minus the original shipping cost. Please inform us immediately by email at tfresh@fanggang.com.au and return the item to the address below within 7 working days of the date of purchase. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item.

Exchanges
If you are unhappy with the size of your item, please inform us immediately by email at tfresh@fanggang.com.au and return the item to the address below within 7 working days of the date of purchase. We will exchange an item only, not refund your purchase. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item.

Faulty items
We check over all items before being shipped to ensure a high standard of quality. However, if you receive an item that you believe is faulty, please inform us immediately by email at tfresh@fanggang.com.au. We will exchange an item, but if it is a one off item we will refund your purchase at our discretion, minus the original shipping cost.

Please note; this does not include items damaged during shipping.

Sale Items

All Sale Items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned. We do not offers Refunds or Exchanges on Sale Items.

Damaged goods
Fang Gang takes extra care when packaging your order however, we are not responsible for items damaged during shipping.

Returning your item
All items must be in ORIGINAL condition and UNUSED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. If the item is not in such condition, been worn, damaged or altered you will not be refunded or offered an exchange and the item will be returned to you.
